All diamonds and jewelry sold by Alitajewels.com are genuine, reliable and of a consistently high quality and value. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

If you would like to return an order, you can do so. If you get your order, and the order is defective upon receipt of it, you can apply for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
